limit noise "pollution"-seek out quiet
head outside into nature
wind down without electronics before you need to go to sleep and....
get 8 hours of Zzzzzzs
This isn't self care, it's self preservation. You will feel the fog lift, self-sabotaging thoughts fade and your confidence rise.
