  1. limit processed bread and sugar

  2. laugh or connect with a friend

  3. limit noise "pollution"-seek out quiet

  4. head outside into nature

  5. get outside!

  6. wind down without electronics before you need to go to sleep and....

  7. get 8 hours of Zzzzzzs

This isn't self care, it's self preservation. You will feel the fog lift, self-sabotaging thoughts fade and your confidence rise.
